Laramie is a women I have known for many years. I met her and her parents when she was only eight years
old and watched her grow up. There was something about her internal being that radiated goodness and
beauty, even then, and that internal beauty--even as she grew up-- never changed. For me, she had all
the elements of a classic renaissance woman, a Botticelli woman, with that ethereal being reflected
in her eyes; yet as a person she remains firmly grounded. This makes for a very unusual combination,
a paradox, and perfect for these photographs. Because of who she is I was able to create images
reflecting a very human woman while also showing a spiritual side seldom seen. This is a unique woman
and a unique group of photographs.
Each of the 10 prints is a stunning 13" x 18" printed in Ultrachrome on 17" x 22" Moab fine art paper and
enclosed in a custom hand-made linen-covered portfolio box. All prints are individually signed and numbered
by the artist. This portfolio is stricly limited to only 12 copies to be sold.
Individual prints are also available in 2 sizes 20" x 15" for $1200.00 and 8" x 5" for $500.00.
